This position provides exposure to technology-driven healthcare operations and patient care coordination within an eClinic framework. Candidates gain practical experience in managing clinic workflows and supporting patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Register incoming patients and manage clinic registration logs.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment schedules.
- Provide direct guidance and information to patients during clinic visits.
- Facilitate in-clinic service coordination across operational units.
- Communicate with doctors and clinic personnel to ensure operational continuity.
- Assist patients with MedConnectPlus digital services and platform navigation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Bachelor of Hospital Management degree is preferred.
