Key Responsibilities
- Administer traditional Kerala Ayurvedic therapies and Panchakarma treatments.
- Ensure the clinical preparation of therapy rooms and medicinal oils.
- Facilitate patient conversions through effective communication of treatment benefits.
- Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver standardized Ayurvedic care.
- Monitor inventory levels of herbal products and therapy consumables.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Kerala therapy.
- Specific vacancy for 2 Male and 1 Female therapists.
- Proficiency in traditional Ayurvedic treatment modalities.
- Explicit restriction: No couple therapists.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000. The package includes commissions for patient conversions and additional performance incentives. Benefits include on-site accommodation and three daily Kerala home-cooked meals (Veg and Non-Veg).
