Our official guidance on job listings, candidate privacy, and unauthorized scraping.
It has come to our official notice that major third-party job aggregators and portals (such as shine.com and several others) are unlawfully scraping, duplicating, and republishing our proprietary dental and healthcare job listings on their platforms without our authorization, license, or legal consent.
These unauthorized entities harvest candidate resumes, personal phone numbers, and sensitive professional information, exploiting job-seeking doctors and violating both candidate privacy and our digital ownership rights.
Baputalk Media Platforms and ODM Rx DO NOT recruit, syndicate, or accept job applications through any external aggregators. Legitimate, verified healthcare and dental listings exist exclusively on:
Unlike third-party aggregator portals that force you to upload raw PDFs and sell your resume data, ODM Rx and Baputalk do not demand sensitive resume uploads to browse or connect with hiring clinics.
We connect doctors, dentists, and healthcare professionals directly to clinic owners and hospital decision-makers. Employers can freely request your credentials directly via verified WhatsApp, phone, or official email.
Our network operates on the proprietary Baputalk Dento Profile (for baputalk.com) and ODM Rx Medico Profile (for ODMplatforms.com). This verified digital identity acts as your secure, tamper-proof digital resume across all services.
Fact: That listing has been scraped without permission. The aggregator has zero direct association with the hospital or clinic. Submitting your details on third-party aggregators risks your CV being harvested for spam, robocalls, or resale.
Fact: Neither ODM Rx, Baputalk, Mabapu, nor legitimate clinic owners ever demand money or commission from doctors or candidates for job placement.
Fact: Legitimate recruiters on ODM Rx will view your ODM Rx Medico Profile or Baputalk Dento Profile and initiate direct communication via verified WhatsApp or official email.
Legal Warning: All content, database schema, job structures, clinical employer relationships, and metadata published on ODMplatforms.com and Baputalk are proprietary intellectual property protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 43 & 66), and applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / Indian Penal Code.
